Cancel contracts here

Use this page to cancel an ongoing contract with Petfinity — no sign-in and no password needed. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately. If you are signed in, the cancellation is executed at once; otherwise we ask for a short confirmation from the mailbox of your Petfinity account, so that nobody else can cancel your contract.
